One97 Communications — refund money of payment gateway in irctc I have booked a train ticket from ALU to MS on 16th/ 17th JAN 2021 in irctc rail connect app through payment gateway one 97 comm but transaction go failure twice (Ticket not booked) but money go debited from hdfc bank account, but still not refunded. Again booked ticket on 25th Jan 2021 in IRCTC rail connect app, the same issue happened . Please immediately refund this money. Note- Using this payment gateway, no tickets got booked.
