One97 Communications — Non credit of amount in paytm wallet

On 09 Dec 16 I had added an amount of Rs200 to paytm wallet. The mentioned amount got debited from my savings account of SBI, however this amount is not showing in my paytm wallet balance...I m also forwarding the sms I got post debit of the said amount below:-

Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 459XX6944 for a purchase worth Rs200 on POS [protected] at ONE97 COMMUNICATION LT txn#[protected].

Plz look into the issue and do the needful.
