One97 Communications — one97 comm. money credit in paytm (paytm. [protected]@axisbank) instead of adding in wallet

Dear sir,
I was adding money in my patym account
While adding money, transaction of 8000 rs gone missing, didn't added in my paytm wallet.

But transaction of 8000 rs is successfully completed from my tez upi id
[protected]@okhdfcbank.

8000 rs is credited in
To paytm account upi id :- (Paytm. [protected]@axisbank)

For proof i am attaching all the screen shot of transaction history
Sir please help me to solve this issue
I have no information where my this 500 rs have gone
