On 8th of feb i use paytm to add cash in my paytmwallet but that transaction was failed and my balance was deducted from my Bank account and in my passbook its shows that the payment is made to one97 communication how its possible please look on it and refund my money my order no. is [protected] and my Mob. no. I made an order on paytm of rupees 1200 at 10:50 pm on 31st march 2017 money was deducted from my bank account but no money was added in my paytm wallet.please look in the matter i am hardly disappointed by this process as it makes things complicated
