One97 Communications — payment not received to the insurance company

Dear sir/ madam,

On the date 21/05/2019, at 9 am i did a transaction (Having transaction approval number: 066065) to royal sundaram (For renewal of health policy) which is not completed. But my credit account was debited the amount of rs. 8974. Still the transaction is pending after waiting for a long duration.

Now i want to reimburse the amount of rs 8974.00 to my credit account.
(I have attached the payment status report and the proof of transaction with this mail)
