One97 Communications — Recklessness of paytm to resolve uncredited payments. Simple cheating on exhibition. | |||||
Two transactions of 950 each have been charged to my Paytm account [protected] in favour of Delhi metro cared. It has been about 10 days, the recharge isn't reflected in the card. I have submitted about 7 tickets to paytm. Made 3 complaints with customer care and sent 2 emails to Delhi metro with one 97 in cc. No action has been taken. Poor and pathetic services. Just simply shows how much Paytm can cheat the consumers Was this information helpful? | |||||
