One97 Communications — refund of rs.313/-

I regret to inform you that i complained on 24.07.2020 regarding the following matter but till date neither i have received any response from you end nor i get my refund of rs.313/- from you. Therefore, i would request you to kindly arrange to refund my said amount as early as possible.

I have recharged rs.313/- on 15.07.2020 at 11.00 am against my dish tv v. C. No.[protected] through my debit card no.[protected] (Rupay card) (United bank of india, a/c. No.[protected]. But the said amount is not credited against my v. C. No.[protected] of dish tv.
My bank sms shows that the said amount of rs.313.00 debited to one97 communications ltd at 11.03.37 am.

Therefore, i would request you to kindly arrange to refund the said amount of rs.313.00 to my above bank account no.[protected] at your earliest.
