I booked a train ticket on 23 Feb. 2020 From kota to Haridwar PNR NO.[protected] Ticket ID 7038083 through gateway of ONE 97 COMMUNICATION L NOIDA.As COVID IRCTC cancelled the train and the amount refunded through payment gateway on 18 may 2020 . But the ONE 97 COMMUNICATION L NOIDA (PAYTM PAYMENT BANK ) did not transferred the money in my bank account yet.

Updated by Rajendra Prasad Gupta I Booked a train ticket on 23 Feb 2020 for the journey of kota to Haridwar on 03 June 2020 . PNR NO.[protected] Ticket ID 7038083. Due to COVID 19 IRCTC cancelled the train and the amount of ticket Rs 2560/- refunded through payment gateway of paytm payment bank on 18 May 2020. But the ONE 97 COMMUNICATION L NOIDA (paytm payment bank ) didn't transferred the money in my Bank account yet.
