One97 Communications — refunded amount through irctc not received | |||
I have booked 2 time a train tricket from to ranchi to muzafferpur as on 20 th dec 2017 from irctc through paytm gateway (From rupay debit card) and transaction got failed (Ticket not booked) but money got debited., but still not refunded.
