[Resolved] One97 Communications — ticket booking error but money was deducted from my account

I attempted booking tatkal ticket for amritha express 2 times on 21st october 2017. But it displayed an error both times and the operation failed, but money was deducted from my account, and I haven't received any refund yet(₹1340+₹670). It's been 15 days since then. Nov 7, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I dont know wheather it was paytm, irctc or my bank that helped. I had my concern shared to all the above three mentioned. But anyway, after 17 days of long wait my cash is refunded One97 Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Even after answering all the 20 questions correctly they put me in the 15000 slot rather than 25000. Sick of these frauds by renowned companies and they don't even attend call. God knows how to connect to these people.

I have booked a train ticket from LLI to TBM on 20th oct 2017 in irctc rail app. PNR no is [protected] this ticket was cancelled. But still refund amount not credited in my account. So please check refund it

I had the same problem. I cancelled my tickets on 21st october and received refund on 7th november, try mailing irctc at care@irctc regarding your concern. Also try calling them in their official number
