I purchase a VU 50 inch television in Aug'22 with 3 year compliance protection with One assist. I raised a claim in 06-Sep-24 regarding my TV screen issue, engineer visited at site and informed me the panel is not working it will be replaced and pick it up with himself. after 15 days he delivered the TV on 24-Oct-24 And that was look like duplicate part installed because picture quality very poor and blue lights coming at screen while asked with engineer he informed me that is due some back light issue, and he suggest me to raised a fresh claim again for this after 1 month but I raised on same date 24-Oct-24. while raised the claim I got a email that required part will be deliver on 28-Oct-24, while check with Engineer he refused that he not received that part and informed me he will pick it up after Diwali. when i Contact him today 01-Nov-24 he told me the TV will be pick up on Sunday 03-Nov-24. So there is no transparency, fake promise, dealing in duplicates part, and taking time to response longer than expected.
Expecting quick resolution with genuine spare parts or replacement with new one TV.
