[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — activation of one assist card without permission

Address:2/41, Scheme No. 10 B, Alwar, Alwar, Rajasthan, 301001

From my wife icici bank account a number of rs-1899/- got deducted from my debit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. This is an unsolicited charge of my debit card is a criminal act.

As per the Terms & Conditions, you have raised the cancellation request after 30 days hence, you are only entitled to receive half refund amount. To get a complete refund, you need to raise a request within 30 days from the plan activation date.
