[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — auto debiting money from many bank accounts without any approval | |||||
Hi, I would like to lodge a complaint about oneassist.in Last year august 10th, my account got debited with 1799 rupees without my knowledge which i never even noticed. Today i received a letter from oneassist stating that my plan will be auto renewed and money will be debited automatically from my account again. What are these guys thinking really.in the name of keeping my personal bank accounts details, card details, passport details secured they are just looting money. And i haven't given any of my details to them but somehow they got hold of my icici account and they are debiting money without my permission. Basically they have debited 1800 for doing nothing. I would like my money credited back to my account. And my subscription, whatever the hell it is needs to be cancelled Was this information helpful? | |||||
