[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — back panel not replaced | |||||
I had filed a claim sr2930862 for broken screen display and back panel damaged on the side of redmi note 4. I am very sure when i had filed the claim the customer care support told that everything will be replaced when i received my handset my back panel was not replaced. I had reported the same they told that is a cosmetic damage and cannot be replaced. I had mentioned them that for my previous claim on samsung s7 edge panel was changed without any mention, they had replied saying since s7 edge had glass panel it was changed. Now i asked them where in terms and conditions is it mentioned that only glass panel will be replaced and not metal back panel i haven't got any answers for that. Now they are saying that terms and conditions has been updated it february. My question when i purchased insurance i had agreed to old terms and conditions when there update it will be applied for new insurance holders. I am tired of saying them that there is an opening between back panel and display asked them to close else it is prone to liquid damage.
