I received sms from ICICI Bank that Rs.1399/- got deducted from my credit card without my permission. OneAssit plan got renewed without any information. The amount got deducted without my confirmation. I called to your customer care, your executive said money may not be refunded. So, that's why I am complaining I am cancelling my membership in the free look-in period, I am eligible for full refund. Please cancel my membership and refund my money back.
