[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Cancel one assist & refund my money.

I don't get any call or access to activate this one assist membership. But they are automatically debited from my father's icici saving account rs.1299 without his knowledge. I don't agree to activate this one assist membership and deactivate the membership of oneassist. Please refund my money.

I talked to your customer representative today and he told me that he had record of the phone conversation with my father, but when i asked him to present me the same, then he refused. Also he offered me to take a discount of rs 399 on the plan and continue with the service.

I still want to deactivate the service and refund my money and please don't activate this type subscription in future without my knowledge.

I have received the refund of Rs 1299 on 20/7/17 for the auto renewal of the policy. Though, I did not get any refund for the year 2016 (activation charge). Still marking this issue as resolved.

As per your request, we have cancelled your plan vide service request No. 2160139.

The refund will be processed in bank/card account from which the amount has been debited. It takes 7 to 8 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.

Updated by prateek singh1187 Thank you for the resolution. Also, as mentioned in the complaint your customer executive had also initiated a service request SR[protected] for retaining the one assist plan with the discount of Rs 399. Please cancel this service request too.
