[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — cancel one assist service plan

Hi all,

On 2nd dec 2019, i had called one assist and generate a cancellation request of my plan which started for the next 3 years. I received confirmation email and sms from one assist your request has been received and we will refund your money within 4-5 working days.

In that meantime 3-5 december i received a confirmation call from one assist you raise a request to cancel the plan. Do you really want to cancel this plan??
I said yes please cancel.

But today i called one assist to know my request status they tell me your request is canceled and this plan cancellation only done by bank end. Then why last time they took my request for cancellation and why one assist didn't inform me about this cancellation?

I have just one debit card why i will take this plan i don't want it.
I attached received email from one assist please check and revert me as soon as possible.
I request you to check my request on high priority and refund my money as soon as possible.

I've activated oneassist plan last yeat and money of 1899 has been deducted then. Today also money is deducted and i dont want the plan anymore. So i request you to kindly deactivate the plan and refund my money of 1899rs. Waiting for your reply.
