One assist plan — cancellation and refund I received sms from icici bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my debit card to one assist plan on 03/04/2017 and rs. 1399/- on 03/04/2018. Without my permission.. I also got a msg and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing. Please deactivate and refund my money asap Date of incident : 03/04/2017 and 03/04/2018 Icici bank acc no.[protected] Otherwise i'll complain about this to consumer court Was this information helpful? | |||||

I am an HDFC bank credit card holder. I recently received a mail regarding one Assist Membership renewal and that it is auto renewal. I am NOT INTERESTED in the One Assist card protection service anymore. So, cancel the membership and DO NOT RENEW or debit any amount from my card.
