[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — cancellation of my one assist membership | |||
My enhanced wa privilege single plan is activated on 4 dec 2018. I am not interested in this plan anymore and want to cancel it. Also, i would like to get a refund of the membership amount which was charged from my icici bank account without my knowledge. Amount deducted from my account was 1899/-. Kindly refund it as soon as possible as it was charged without any consent. Given below are the details of membership.
