Hi, I have applied for the mobile claim on 25th of may. While taking the insurance policy the company executive promised to provide the service handset during the repairing period. But when i applied for claim they said they don't provide the service handset. Upon my explanation they agreed to provide the same. But it has been 20+ days i didn't received either service handset or they didn't repaired my mobile These people are harressing the cuatomers My claim id is 2011148. When the customercare executive's don't have any information.. Whats is the need of maintaining them? Hope so atleast they will slove now. Was this information helpful? | |||
