OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Deactivate One Assist and refund the money

Hi, I have a salary account on Axis Bank, One Assist people called me a month ago and spoke about their services. I never agreed to any of it but they deducted Rs.2599 from my account without my consent. So I want them to cancel the One Assist service and return my money as soon as possible. I am a graduate student who has just recently found a job and begun the career. Please return my hard-earned money as quick as possible. I have added a mini statement of my bank account. Thank you.
