Hi, I Received SMS from HDFC BANK that RS-1299/- deducted from my credit card to renew ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission.. i also got a mail from one assist team. i dont want to continue with any plan, i can't understand how they are taking permissions to renew the plan.In the first year i forced to take the one assist plan.Kindly request them to deactivate my plan as this is a criminal act.
