[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Deactivate one assist service & refund money | |||
Dear sir/madam, I came to know today that hdfc bank has deducted rs. 1299/- from my new credit card to one assist membership fee. It is showing that emi are pending since 3 months & late fees is also applied as i didn't purchased something & also didn't checked statement of this credit card. I didn't allowed for this service activation. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.
