[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — deactivate this service and refund my money

I got a message that rs 1899 has been deducted from my debit card... This has been activated without my permission and consent... This incident happened about a week ago... Also i told the icici bank customer care to cancel the service and still i received the one assist kit and it is still active...
This is very unprofessional of you to activate this service and deduct money... Please find other ways to earn money, because it is hard earned and please do not instigate me to go to the higher authorities...

Refund my money and quit this stupid service on immediate basis...

As per our records, we can see that your cancellation request is already been processed vide a Service Request number 3381595.

The refund will be processed in bank/card account from which the amount has been debited. It takes 7 to 8 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.

मेरे परमिशन के बिना मुझे मेरे HDFC बैंक से जुड़े ONE ASIST PLAN भेज गया है और AMOUNT काटने को कहा जा रहा है। जबकि मैने ONE ASIST PLAN मंगाया ही नही है।PLEAS DROP MY PLAN .

कस्टमर केअर पर भी डीएक्टिवेट करने के लिए बार बार फोन करने पर भी डीएक्टिवेट नही किया जा रहा है। 2 साल से जबरदस्ती रिन्यूअल किया जा रहा है और पैसा काटा जा रहा है। फ्रॉड कंपनी है।
मेरा प्लान डीएक्टिवेट कर पैसा रिफंड करने का कष्ट करें।
