I had never subscribed to any of the one assist services and never gave my consent for subscription. i opened an account at Axis bank and since then one assist has been deducting Rs 1899 annually from 2019 and 2020. This is a fraudulent act and requires immediate action. I believe i am not the only one who suffer and many customer have also complain. Please kindly refund my money as soon as possible. Oct 07, 2021 Updated by Kitz Lynz Your team has called up and I am very disappointed to here from them that they will only initiate a refund of only Rs 400 odd out of the total Rs 3798 that i have been deducted in 2019 and 2020 respectively. Since it is my hard earn money, I demand that my full amount should be refunded as i have never given my consent for subscription of the plan. I also request the consumer forum team to intervene on the matter. I believed i was tricked and trapped by the one assist team and i demand my rights either we solve the issue here or we solved it legally.
