OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Extended warranty service to laptop

I purchased one laptop from xiaomi india official website and the same site offered me the 2 years extended warranty of the laptop. My laptop was having some issues in Oct’24 and i raised a complaint claim in one assist app but it got rejected without any explanation. It was mentioned that documents are not uploaded. After that i raised another claim in Jan’25 but they are telling not to repair it. They instructed me to go to service centre and repair it. Please help me this is a complete fraud.
