[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Insurance taken for mobile handset | |||||
With reference to my service request no 1813091 I had submitted a claim for my damaged handset to One Assist on 5th March 17 for repair and after taking approval from insurance company they got my handset repaired and delivered to me on 29th March 17. After a week o[censored]sage we were experiencing some slowness and handset was getting hanged and then suddenly on 10th April the handset powered off and was not charging at all. Initially, we thought it was because of battery drainage but after keeping in charge for long hours also the handset was not powering on. Since it was still under warranty we approached one of the authorized service centres B2X Lenovo Flagship (Lenovo and Motorola Mobiles Service Centre) in Jayanagar. To our surprise, the service centre commented that the handset has been repaired with non-genuine Display screen and PCB is cracked some third party has done a quick fix. They sent a mail to us with the pictures of the handset. So I had put in a formal complaint to One assist on 11th April 2017 asking for explanation and post that followed up with recurring mails on 13th April and 15th April but till date there is no response from them. As per the process they are supposed to revert within 48 hours of making a complaint. I even called the One Assist customer care on 15th April and spoke to Atul, Vaishnavi and finally the supervisor Jaffer/Zaffer Jaffer told that he has to investigate as to why the one assist team is not responding on this but the call was disconnected. I thought that I will get some reply today but today also I am yet to receive any reply from them. I am associated with One assist for two years now but this is the first time I am seeing this kind of fraud done by them where they have engaged some third party to repair my handset who has used false parts instead of Moto authorised parts and has further damaged the handset. I need my handset to be replaced and they are not responding now. Please help and let me know what do I need to do now. I have the supporting documents to prove that they have cheated me and hence is not responding now also. Was this information helpful? | |||||
