I received sms from hdfc bank on[protected] that - 1899/-rs deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Last year i requested you to cancel but you have said this plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again renewed without any information and without my permission. I don't want your membership and send my money back. Kindly deactivate and refund my money asap.
