[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — one assist & airtel secure fraudulent - received an unrepaired handset | |||||
Hi, This is waseem, my moble samsung s6 edge plus accidentally got damaged in the month of june'17. I have claimed airtel secure to repair my mobile as it got damaged. Raised a complaint on 7th july 2017, they came to pick my mobile on 30th aug'17 and today (7th september) i received my unrepaired mobile as is. There is no update on the status why it was unrepaired and also when i spoke to the oneassist customer care they told me that to check with airtel. Airtel asked me to check with oneassist. I have been paying the airtel secure subscription from may onwards thinking that if something happens to my mobile i can get it repaired through airtel secure. Finally it turned out to be a prank played by airtel secure and oneassist. I need an explanation why my mobile was delivered unrepaired. Why the insurance company rejected my claim.
