Team, Last Year Kotak Sold me your one assist plan and and i do not want to continue i called the customer support for deactivation they informed that the cancellation department contact you for deactivation but did not receive any call from them. Please deactivate the account and reverse the amount got deducted from my Kotak card, Relationship number : 925941. Last year I purchased your 1 year plan but know I have received the email stating that your plan will we renewed in 5 days. I called customer care to cancel my plan but they I informed me that you will have to wait as our cancellation team will call you in 24 hours but still I am waiting for the call. I emailed one assist team but still i haven't received any revert. #I don't want to renew my plan please don't charge my card unnecessarily.
