[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — one assist/ icici bank | |
Cancel and refund one assist I have been charged for rs. 1399, which is an unauthorised transaction done by one assist on my credit card. I got a call said they are from icici bank and this amount is for the service, i informed that i don't want the service. Inspite of it you have charged my credit card of bank icici. I need full refund asap and cancel this service completely. I know how to prevent fraud activities for my card and i don't need your service for it. Sharing my account details and card to charge is not acceptable which is done by icici and i will get hold of them as well, for breaching the contract. P. S. Don't cheat and take the money which is hard earned and i have seen these types of scammers as well. I will go to the highest level authority to get my money back. So, if you don't want any trouble for your company, refund my money and cancel this service or be ready for the consequences.
