Hello, yesterday i received sms from hdfc bank your one assist plan renewed and member ship fee deducted from credit card then i checked my credit card statement and found ₹2999 deducted for renewal of plan. I immediately called one assist customer care and my call transfered to customer support executive, but his line busy and i am keep on waiting in line more than ten minutes then disconnect the call. Again i trying to talk with them but couldn't connect the line. So kindly deactivate the plan and refund the money immediately. Mail kumaran. [protected]@gmail.com. Mobile: [protected].
