I have purchase MI redmi note 3 gold mobile with mi application along with mi protect 375 insurance plan..My mobile got damaged due to rain on 27th of july and i have given complaint to one assist insurance company..To take complaint and pick the mobile they done lot of drama later approve done on 4th of aug.but mobile picked on 24th of aug 2016.again drama till 5th of sep to process claim with insurance finally service center given estimated repair cost of rs-7743 odd and ask for me to pay excess of re 338 and i have done payment on 7th sep 2016.due date given 27th sep then change to oct 11th oct 2016 now again changing to 20th of oct ..kindly help me to get my mobile repair done or replacement.
