Hi team,

My name is mritunjoy paul. Registered no. [protected]
I'm using hdfc credit card -. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1299/- + rs 115/- from my credit card account.
Without my approval or even not intimated.

I have never ever applied for it.

Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1299/- + rs 115/-.

Note - i have already raised a complaint to hdfc bank a week back for cancellation. I have also spoken to you associate yesterday named ramiz around 10.02 am to cancel my plan and he said that he has already raised a complain for cancellation for this plan and it will done and also stated that i will get a call in 24 hrs which i have not got yet. I also spoke to abhijit yesterday evening around 8.20 pm and he also said the same thing. Today morning i spoke to another associate of yours named ambrine and she said that she has also put another request for cancellation and i will get a call in 24 hrs.

I want it to be cancelled with immediate effect and process my refund immediately without further delay.
This is very frustrating

Kindly cancel my ICICI one assist plan.. Rs 1799 is deducted from my account saying renewal of plan.. The plan is subscribed without my consent.. The amount is deducted without my confirmation.
One assist vide no SR[protected].
