[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — regarding claim process

I am already a one assist customer since long with 3 handsets already insured with the company. Now i had bought a phone from my colleague just after few days he got it from flipkart. So as per the policy of one assist i can purchase mobile insurance within 15 days of purchase date. So i applied for insurance and they asked to submit all recent photos, invoice copy and a authority letter from the 1st buyer as the name in the invoice was not mine. So i sent all the necessary documents as they asked me do. Now its almost 10 months so they are calling for my renewal plans for the same handset so i said will let you know later. But just few days back my phone got physical damage and so immediately i raised a claim for the same. So after 48hours of raising claim i got a call from verification team and informing me that my claim cannot be raised further as my name is not there on the invoice and they are like we dont give any claims to 2nd hand handsets and then they asked me contact at [protected]@oneassist.in for further assistance regarding rejection of claim. But i mailed them many times and also called one assist customer care executive but they are saying that they didnt receive any emails from me and ignoring me on calls. I am just feeling helpless as neither i am getting any response on mail or call.

I just want to know if a customer cant raise a claim then why should they give him/her a insurance. Even after submitting all required documents to them at the time of buying insurance they are rejecting claim.

I have all mails proof of the company if required to show up whenever company wants.

I just to repair my phone as i have a valid insurance.

Find all photos, invoice copy and authority letter in attachment and also find details of email correspondence with the company below.

Dear oneassist back end team,

I had flied a claim on 29/03/2018 with request number 3124948 for which i got a call from verification team right now and they have closed my claim saying that the invoice is not on my name and it is a second hand handset. They asked me talk to sales team so i talked with sales team regarding it and asked them that at the time of my handset insurance purchase they asked me certain documents to submit so that i can avail insurance on my handset and the same documents i have attached in this mail for your reference.

Even after submitting all required documents at the time of insurance purchase why am i not able to process a any claim?
On the time of purchase your sales didnt inform me that i am not eligible for any insurance or else i wouldn't have insured my handset.

Despite of all required documents submission i am not able to do anything so they asked to mail on this address for the solution.

Please help me with my claim.

Please resolve my issue asap.
