[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — renewal cancelation | |||
I have applied for wallet assist renewal cancelation in[protected], held a call with one assistant customer care, they told me your we have processed the cancelation request but 899 rupees will debited from your credit card and the amount well be deposited 20 days after. But today i got mail from one assistant as per the renewal notification in that mail they mentioned amount 1899 rupees. I dont have any trust about one assistant refund related or my cancelation. So please cancel my renewal i dont take any amounts from my cards Was this information helpful? | |||
