OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Service Request Delay and Lack of Communication

I am filing a complaint against OneAssist regarding my service request raised on October 3rd, 2024. Despite repeated follow-ups, no one has shown up to provide the service, and the scheduled service dates have been changed multiple times without any prior notification. The lack of communication and service is unacceptable, resulting in a waste of my time and money. I demand an immediate resolution, including a confirmed service date and, if necessary, a refund. If not addressed within 7 days, I will escalate this issue further.
