OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Smartwatch Not Repaired Despite Valid OneAssist Warranty Purchased via Flipkart

I had purchased a smartwatch from Flipkart along with a 2-year extended warranty plan provided by OneAssist. The warranty is still valid as of now.

Recently, my smartwatch developed an issue and I raised a complaint with OneAssist. However, they are denying service, claiming that I didn’t report the issue within a certain timeline — even though I am well within the 2-year warranty period.

This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate excuse to avoid providing repair services under the warranty. Nowhere during the purchase was it clearly mentioned that such strict timeline restrictions would void the warranty.

I have emailed and followed up several times, and also tried reaching out through social media, but no satisfactory response has been provided. I demand that my smartwatch be repaired or replaced under the valid warranty without any further delay. Strict action should be taken against both OneAssist and Flipkart for this negligence and lack of accountability.
