[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — stop one assist plan | |||
I am dinesh tripathi. I have a salary account with hdfc bank. Last year an amount of 1799 was deducted from my account by oneassist without any prior notice or communication. When i called customer care, then i came to know that one assist has started a membership plan without my consent. I have been trying to stop these services for almost a year, but none of the customer care executives are cooperating in cancelling this service. Again for the second year the membership renewal date is approaching and i am yet to receive any communication regarding the cancellation of these services. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership. So cancel the membership. My registered mobile number is [protected], without my consent how can you debit the amount from my credit card I have already raised multiple cancellation of my membership. I'm not interested in your services I want my money back in my credit card I don't need any discounts of 200 from your side I need my 1899 in my account
