[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Tablet Damage protection plan (02 years)

I have purchased IPAD pro 11 inch Wifi model from Radius Systems Pvt. Ltd. with 02 years Damage protection Plan . My tablet got damaged on 01.09.2020 due to thumb pressure on screen and that lead to tiny screen crack as incident happened in night . I have contacted my vendor very next day regarding the damage and informed about it . As suggested by him i have contacted I care service center outlet at vasant square mall, Vasant kunj and visited them very next day and they informed that this damage is not covered under Apple care plan purchased by me. I again contacted my vendor and asked about damage protection plan, and he took few days and provided my the link to put claim on One Assist website. I have uploaded all my documents and claim details on 16.09.2020 and after that they raised many questions on my claim asking for documents after second day. I have completed all their requirements on time and submitted all my documents on time but on 01.10.2020 I have been informed that your claim is rejected due to delay in putting the claim and as per rules you should have informed within 24 hrs. I have already given reason for delay and you can never expect any other procedue to be followd by any novicer how is putting claim for first time. so i urge that this harrassment may be stopped and my claim (which is very much genuine ) may be cleared.
