[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Taken 6 months or more but still no update. | |||||
My claim was registered on 29/09/2016 on behalf of my mi 5 white smartphone. First of all they (Oneassist) could not pic from my registered location and they told me that send us your smartphone on our ahmedabad location. So i sent them very soon. And my smartphone was repaired on 05/12/2016. Because i have call from mi service center as my phone has been repaired and please collect it. This information was also shared with oneassist. Than they picked up my smartphone from mi service center. And than they told me that please pay the excess payment of 400.00 inr. Same day i make the payment to oneassist by instamozo. Than they told me that they sent my repaired smartphone to my location by xpressbees courier and they give me awb or tracking no.[protected] And inform me that your smartphone is delivered to your address on 10/02/2017 As they give me the tracking no. Are totally fake and not relevant to my any details. So how could be possible that my smartphone will be delivered to my address. More than 6 months ago i have still no answer from them. I call them every day and they answer me the same... Please wait kar lijiye.. Humne aapka case concern department ko transfer kar diya h.. Please wait for next 24 hours.. Next 48 hours... From last 2 months. And still... No reply no calls no mails no satisfaction answer. So please tell me how much time i wait and for what...? For my own smartphone...? My registered no.
