My Tv is has sound problem and logged complaint 1st time on 29th Sept and technician came and collected the TV which is running fine only has sound problem (That time we were seeing some tv show) then after few days executive called and unable order part now and close then raise another complaint. So logged 2nd complaint on 4th Oct and due to some part not available again he requested for closure of the complaint and log another day and did 3rd time[protected] and after so much of follow up they confirmed as TV cannot be repairable as its costing is more than the current value and they are ready to pay the BER (Beyond Economical repair) amount and received the amount in 3rd Nov and team told your tv will also ships in same condition when it picked up but till date no proper response from the One assist customer care team, have sent email about the same but no response on it and more then 10 times I have escalated the same in their chat support about the TV was not returned and I need it as same condition when it picked up.
If team is not ready to provide the TV in same condition I need new TV/Full amount refund
