Hello, I've been charged 1899 rupees for the theft protection scheme without my knowledge. I've contacted the customer service about this issue. But they said it can't be recovered till 1 year. I don't want this policy and I want my money back to my Axis bank account itself immediately. I am trying to contact you people for many times. There is no proper reply and it is really frustrating.
