[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — without my notice they debited 2499 from my account number | |||
From my credit card 2499 was auto debited for one assist. I was not asked for auto renual. At the time of registration itself i have made them clear i don't want auto renal. They also have incorrect mail i'd of mine. When asked for cancellation they try to convince me not to cancell and asking to opt for basic plan. Pls take necessary action. I want my money 2499 back. Sir, I am a hdfc bank credit card holder .A sum of Rs.739.67paise has been deducted from my credit card through auto debit without my concerned for which i have lodge a complaint before your authority on 26.04.2018 but till date i have unknown about the same. Pl. cancel the same and refund my debited amount immediately.
