[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — without my notice they debited 2499 from my account number

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600088

From my credit card 2499 was auto debited for one assist. I was not asked for auto renual. At the time of registration itself i have made them clear i don't want auto renal. They also have incorrect mail i'd of mine. When asked for cancellation they try to convince me not to cancell and asking to opt for basic plan.
Pls take necessary action. I want my money 2499 back.

Hello Sir,

You auto renewed my one assist plan and deduce Rs.1899. I don't want to renew the plan. Kindly cancel my one assist plan. It will be very kind of you if you cancel my one assist plan immediately. The details of the plan and bank name is given below.

Sir, I am a hdfc bank credit card holder .A sum of Rs.739.67paise has been deducted from my credit card through auto debit without my concerned for which i have lodge a complaint before your authority on 26.04.2018 but till date i have unknown about the same. Pl. cancel the same and refund my debited amount immediately.

As per our records, we can see that your cancellation request is already been processed vide a Service Request number 3145408.

The refund will be processed in bank/card account from which the amount has been debited. It takes 7 to 8 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.
