[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — without my permission they debited my account | |
Hi, Two years ago I received a call from one assist and we had a conversation. After few days I get to know that Rs. 1799/- gets deducted from my ICICI account. I have called them quite a few times to refund the amount and to cancel the plan. But they still haven't cancelled the plan and refunded the money back as promised. One year ago they again deducted the money as a renewal plan of Rs. 1399/- . I again called them repeated times to refund my money back. Still waiting for my money. I don't want the plan and it gets activated without my permission. It's a fraud company and mentally harassment for public. Please refund my money back as soon as possible.
