Hey, One Card Team,
This is Mohit Goyal, writing this message to inform you that I am not getting my refund since 16th of January and even no one is replying to email as well after too many email reminders.
I want you to look into this matter seriously and refund my FD amount at the earliest.
My onecard account has already been closed and since then no one is replying and updating me about my refund.
