oneplusone — A dissatisfied customer concerned about the worrying quality and service of the Product OnePlusOne

Sir/Madam, With reference to my Phone OnePlusOne Model No:A00001 Purchased on 16/December/2014 has gone through a series o[censored]nexpected malfunctions as below: The phone had problems out of the Box. Battery was getting drained very fast, sometime it gets switched off at 30% battery level. After having a 3GB RAM my phone was lagging and sometimes back button doesn't work. I thought its a software malfunction which could be resolved by a software update, factory reset or something. I searched online for this issue and I got different solutions to resolve this problem. I tried all of them and it didn't work for me, so I thought of calling Onplusone customer care and after referring to my problems the lady told me to give it to service centre. First of all it took me a while to get this information for Oneplusone service centre in Mumbai as this information is not there on Amazon.com neither on Oneplusone.net website, somehow I managed to get this info. At My first unexpected visit to the service centre for the reported problem on 24/January/2015 though the service centre was a common service center for Lenevo, HCL and other products it didn't made a difference to me as I was looking for my resolution. Service Centre Address : 360, Marol Military Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400059 Phone[protected],[protected] The lady(Priyanka) at the service centre checked my phone and said that its a hardware problem and you have to submit the phone and it will take 15 to 20 days maximum to repair. I was like its not even 1 month I bought the phone why to repair instead you can give me the replacement. Answering to my question she said If you would have given this phone within 7 days than you could get replacement, I never thought to test the phone after buying a new phone. So at last I was without mobile phone for 15 days. However the agony does not end here once 15 days was over I called the service centre to know what is the status. They said it will be done next week. I called again the other week they said it will be done next week and by the time its already a month and keep telling me that oneplusone is not sending the parts. I don't know does it really takes 1 month to send parts to anywhere in the world in this era. I called oneplusone service centre and they told me that next week i.e - 24/02/2015 you will get the phone. As per the commitment I called the service centre and they told the same thing that they didn't receive the consignment and by next week it will be done. I was infuriated after hearing this and lost my faith in the product and tweeted on twitter https://twitter.com/Aliasgar_raj/status/[protected], https://twitter.com/Aliasgar_raj/status/[protected] but I didn't get a reply from oneplusone instead Amazon replied me. Honestly speaking I did not expect this value for my hard earned money & losing my trust in the product & the company Oneplusone, I would call it a never ending nightmare. I have been without a proper working phone since last 1 month I am very sorry to share my grievances for a brand & product I have always loved. To get the invite for this product I did several posts on twitter, facebook and other pages. After watching the review on youtube I was very excited to buy this phone since August 2014. On 2nd December this phone was officially launched in India and I struggled to get the invite but I never knew that this could happen with me as I never had any issues with other phone that I used in my past, HTC One, Samsung Note, Sony Experia etc.I think it was a mistake buying this phone after having so many well reputed companies on the plate, trusting the reviews on different website and not checking the bad marketing that you have done. I have also referred this phone to many of my friends and on my words they bought this phone, but to my dismay I was the only one to face such inconvenience. I assume that the you don't test the quality of the product before delivering to your consumer and later you ask customers to fix them. Request you to please look into the same at your best & do the needful so that I can use my phone as expected or it would be great if you can refund the money.
