Onida / Mirc Electronics — 50" led under extended warranty | |||
I purchased onida 50: led model " leo50fain : from sham lal krishnan lal, 1/206/28, sadar bazar, delhi cantt-10 on 30 nov 2015 for rs. 49490/- its under 2 years extended warranty (D3p 151670). My led 2 year extended warranty expires on 30 nov 2018. Onida customer care executive visited my house and returned without any resolution. Did numerous complaints to customer care no [protected]. No positive reply from them. I am a soldier. My hard earned money seems gone to drain. Pl help me out. Muy mob nos - [protected]/[protected], my email id mail.[protected]@gmail.com. My tv monitor was blurred before 3 month, i compliant about the problem in chennai regional head office of onida consumer electronics, till the date they are not turned up for my problem, so please take necessary steps for repairing my tv
