Onida / Mirc Electronics — led remote not working | |
I have bought onida 43 fis led from flipkart. On the installation day, i told the company man to replace the remote, but he said to register the complaint to onida. So, i registered the complaint to onida customer support on 31st december 2017. But, now it's been 45 days and till now i have not received the remote replacement yet. I have called onida customer support many times but everytime they say, we are processing your complaint. Kindly help me in this case. Was this information helpful? | |
