Onida / Mirc Electronics — led tv motherboard issue | |||
Onida live genious I bought onida tv around one year back and registered the complaints (#[protected]@[protected]. Technician said need to change motherboard. Afterwards the last two month i have called every week. I am getting same reply from your customer care people board not available. Could you please let me know you people are going to change the board or not. How long it will take to resolve the issue. I have paid around rs.600 per month for dth unnecessarily. Please help me out here. What i need to do? I bought 43 inch led smart tv with trust on brand but within one year i am totally upset with the same. Brand what you maintained from long time and because of that impression, i had bought this onida tv. From last 30 years i am using onida brand because of trust and i felt like a family. But this time i am totally unsatisfied and unhappy with the service and product. My contact number which is registered with you people is - [protected]. Hopefully you will maintained trust and brand in near future because like this i personally think you will be loosing your valuable customers.
